Short Information About Our Stakeholders

As a partner of the project, KOSGEB provides business start-up trainings to prospective entrepreneurs and grants to SMEs aiming to invest, hire new staff and cover operating costs. KOSGEB also provides different supports to SMEs seeking to procure machinery and equipment for competitiveness, innovation and high-tech product production.

Small Scale Industrial Estates can be defined as workplace communities where small enterprises engaged in repair and manufacturing are located, equipped with infrastructure services and socio-economic institutions such as administrative buildings, apprentice schools, and sales shops.

Union of Chambers of Tradesmen and Craftsmen are the representatives of the majority of artisans and small-scale industries in the region. They play an important role in promoting incentives and funding sources to their members.

OIZs are areas established and managed by law and allocated for industrial activities. They offer factory land and necessary infrastructure at favourable conditions.

Chambers of Commerce and Industry provide trade registry services, certify ATR and certificates of origin, prepare capacity reports for members and produce sectoral reports. Chambers of Commerce and Industry have professional committees and provide capacity building support to their members.

Bitlis Eren University provides education and Lifelong Learning services through its faculties, vocational schools, Continuing Education Centre and Research Centres.

İŞKUR is a public institution responsible for bridging the gap between job seekers and employers in line with the needs of the labour market. It contributes to sustaining, developing and diversifying employment. İŞKUR recruits employees from among the registered unemployed and provides financial support to companies registered in its database.

Eastern Anatolia Exporters' Association is an organization that provides import and export information about the region and provides export training and support to SMEs.

Vocational High Schools provide training to high school age youth in many fields in terms of professional competence.
